Using our projects
BlindBear Labs' projects, including Hephaestus, are made available for your own use. You agree to use them as intended and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them.
Not medical advice
Hephaestus and any related project are tools for tracking and recording — they do not diagnose conditions, predict symptoms, or recommend treatment. Nothing on this site or within our projects should be treated as medical advice. Always talk to a qualified clinician about your health.
Provided as-is
Our projects are early-stage and provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work carefully, but we can't guarantee they'll be free of bugs, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BlindBear Labs isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or projects.

We may update these terms as our projects evolve. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
